Super smoothie!

               Most mornings I drink my super smoothie. Its a good way for me to be able to take all my  vitamins and have my chia all at once... This isn't your jamba that everyone's use too...It's better! Plus it's much cheaper. 
 

                 This is my peach carrot super smoothie. 
It has peaches and carrots ( big shocker) soy milk,140 mg magnesium, 1 B- complex,1 fola pro, 1000 methyl B-12,calcium 50mg B-6, 2000 mg C , 1 TB chia seeds.

I also take fish oil and vitamin D3 but they don't blend very well.

 He's a  break down of  what everything is for.

      Magnesium
  PMS, high blood pressure, backache, constipation, kidney stones and chronic fatigue,osteoporosis

 B- complex
 eight essential vitamins that comprise Vitamin B Complex. They are : Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 , Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5 , Vitamin B6, Vitamin B7, Vitamin B9 (Folic acid) and lastly Vitamin B1.They are very useful and beneficial in helping to relieve the symptoms of anxiety and stress.Vitamin B1, B3, B6 and B12 will help with sleep problems. it also helps with nervous system, brain and hormones. Vitamin B9 is responsible for preventing the defects that could happen to the fetus’s neural tube during the pregnancy. Good digestion is another benefit.

Wow, carrots! Next thing you'll be having spinach in it too.
